EXPOCOOK - Restaurant Business Exhibition

ExpoCook is a fair dedicated to the restaurant sector, now in its fourth edition, in which taste, in all its forms, is the undisputed protagonist. Four intense days, from 25 to 28 FEBRUARY 2020 at the Mediterranean Fair in Palermo, in the name of food and wine excellence, but also of catering, professional equipment, hotels and complements. For the employees who will spend between tastings, tastings, talks and cooking shows aimed not only for professionals and operators in the sector, but also for the public of increasingly nourished enthusiasts. The novelties of this fourth edition will be: larger areas with 6 pavilions and over 20,000 square meters of exhibition spaces, with the presence of wineries and Sicilian food and wine excellence. More than 150 companies that have currently joined the initiative, whose number is constantly increasing, whose activity gravitates around the food & beverage sector, from consultancy to financing, from design and planning to interior and exterior furnishings , from cash register computer systems to job management, from equipment and tools to work clothing, from frozen and fresh products to food products for celiacs and vegans. There are many moments dedicated to the knowledge of raw materials and cooking methods including cooking shows, round tables, debates and talks by professionals in the sector including chefs, pizza chefs, barmen, mixology champions, milk art samples, cafeteria, master pastry chefs and ice cream makers. whose main theme is to disclose the importance of the quality of the raw materials used.

EXPOCOOK® is the largest trade fair in Southern Italy dedicated to the world of catering, where taste and B2B are the protagonists. The IWSC Annual Awards Banquet returns to Guildhall, London, for our annual celebration of excellence in wine & spirit making on Wednesday 14 November 2018. The awards ceremony brings together the elite of the wine and spirits industry to celebrate the achievements of the year, and includes with a tasting of 500 Gold 2018 medal winners, a champagne reception, lavish 5-course meal and awards presentations throughout the evening as well as an after-party for those wanting to continue the celebrations. The original aim of the Competition was to award excellence to wines and spirits worldwide and this aim remains the same today, encouraging recognition for quality products.

Taormina Gourmet

Taormina Gourmet is back, the flagship event organized by the online magazine, scheduled from October 27th to 29th at the Hotel Villa Diodoro in Taormina. Also this year the kermesse, now in its sixth edition, aims to showcase "all that is good in the world". We will host the best Italian wineries (and not only), gourmet chefs, including some starred, excellent agri-food companies, craft breweries appreciated throughout Italy and many journalists invited to tell the extraordinary peculiarities and strengths of the Italian agri-food system. Cous Cous Fest is a festival of flavors and civilizations that celebrates couscous, the dish of peace and integration. Taormina Cooking Fest United for a good cause! The flagship charity event of the Italian Chefs Federation. More than 22,000 visitors have passed through the doors of the Taormina Cooking Fest last year, giving the opportunity to the DSE of the Italian Chefs Federation to allocate a substantial donation to the LIMPE Foundation for research on Parkinson's disease. An act that honors everyone, chefs, producers and participants. And that, this year, is enriched by a new partnership of solidarity with the Moige. Part of the revenues of this seventh edition, in fact, will be donated to the Italian Parents' Movement in favor of the campaign to raise awareness against cyberbullying.
